Six years, one company, two names. What I learned isn't on any diploma: how to sell an idea with no product, keep a team going with no salary, and turn a failure into the reference that won our biggest contract.

  • Data Science & BI ConsultantSep 2024 – now Cérélia (Meravit client) · Paris2 yrs 2 mos A Meravit client engagement: proposed and shipped AI demand forecasting used weekly across 14 countries.
    • Designed a hybrid ensemble forecasting model in Python (linear-regression trend + horizon-specific XGBoost models on residuals) delivering a 72-week rolling forecast for 815+ SKUs in 14 countries
    • Raised 6-month weighted forecast accuracy from ~73% (existing SAP forecast) to 82% (+9 pts)
    • Deployed the model to production on Microsoft Fabric with weekly runs and automated output into SAP, coordinating up to 7 internal and external stakeholders
    • Built 10+ Power BI reports on a star-schema model (DAX, Power Query M), used by 300+ people in 6 departments: Sales, Finance, Controlling, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering
    • Aligned commercial and operations teams on a single forecast, giving Operations control over AI use per SKU–client
  • Co-founder & CEOJul 2019 – now EasyDesk → Meravit · Ancona7 yrs 4 mos Idea and prototype in 2019, company founded in 2020, renamed Meravit in 2024. €780K+ closed in four years with a team of six, clients including Regione Emilia-Romagna and Deloitte.
    • Co-founded the firm and grew it from zero to €780K+ in signed contracts with public and private clients, leading a team of 6
    • Won 5 contracts (€487K) with the Emilia-Romagna Region to build dAPPERtutto, a workspace-booking app used by 3,500+ regional employees
    • Won 2 AI-forecasting contracts (€120K) with Cérélia and deliver the engagement full-time
    • Secured 2 subcontracts with Deloitte (€175K) to build the front end of a major Italian bank's website and mobile app

    • Built a U-Net deep-learning model in Python for semantic segmentation to track tree-canopy growth
